In reference to data protection, we herewith state, that any of your activities with LAHOL like rendered business data, requests for information or any other data of communication are stricly utilised for internal processing only. There will be no transfer of data what so ever to third parties. ____________________________________________________________________________

It is our utmost striving to provide you with the best market prices. In order to be able to keep our pricing level low, this requests in turn, that our customer are utilizing the liquidity of LAHOL as little as possible. Thus, all prices stated on our homepage are enduser prices including the current VAT for Germany under the provision of advanced cash payment or payment at delivery. For customers not applicable to the german law, the german VAT of currently 19% of the value of goods may be deduced of the prices stated on our homepage. However, any other taxes or fees payable by LAHOL for fulfilling of the contract will be added net.

Payment against invoice is possible under provision of certain prerequesties. Our determination of prices will be adjusted accordingly. For such cases, the standard period of payment is fourteen days. Other methodes of payment are negotiable.
